SHIPPING
We ship items in the continental United States.
For all other international orders please contact us at 781-932-7888 as special rates apply to such transactions. All of our products are shipped UPS Ground. We can also ship your package 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day AM, and Next Day Air for an additional charge. Shipping rates are based on weight, size and destination of your package. If you need your order by a certain date, please indicate so in the additional instructions section on the checkout page and we will make every effort to make sure that your package arrives to you on time.
Most orders are shipped out within 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise specified via the website or e-mail.
DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order with FlatCatGraphix.com, we ship orders out within 1 - 3 business day. Please keep in mind that standard UPS Ground shipping can take up to 2 weeks.
These numbers are just estimates though and should be used as a guideline when placing an order.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
All of our sales are final. Refunds will only be administered on orders that are defective, or were incorrect when shipped. We cannot accept returns as all of our orders are designed specifically for your application, and are considered custom.
If an order is cancelled before we have print or cut the order, a refund may be issued, minus a production fee.
